United Way work
United Way needed to have a fresh, modern, and friendly design. The goal for my work with United Way is to upgrade the way they present themselves, whether it was posters, billboards, or T-shirts, it was important to highlight their brand in a positive and professional way.
There were several challenges within all projects. All projects either had large amounts of text or not enough text. As well as using brand guidelines, colors, logos, and copywriting were a priority. On top of that, Canva was their design standard. Meaning it was mandatory for me to learn how to design within Canva.
In each project, it was important to come up with a different approach. Focusing on visuals, typography, and information. Prioritizing the needs of the organization, I would make 20 different versions for each design if they thought something was off. Taking feedback and utilizing their community went a long way.
